John turned his previous entrepreneurial endeavor as an insurance litigation consultant, into an agency focused on Technical Expertise, Attention to Detail and a Client First approach. As a business owner, he sits alongside other owners as a consultant, advocate and an extended team member to navigate the complexity of commercial insurance with a servant mindset. He's charged with creating the vision for our agency and the relentless pursuit of perfection. He is our lead producer, but always through a team approach with his partners, team members and clients.
Georgia oversees our Property Casualty division including marketing, renewals, overseeing our service and claims department while also interacting with our clients in all facets of Account Management. She has a work ethic that is second to none. Since joining the team, she has completely revamped our processes and systems to ensure quick turnaround of all service related tasks with an extreme focus on client experience and responsiveness.
Mike was a former Commercial Underwriter for Traveler's Insurance Group. Since joining Lovell he has been tasked with overseeing all underwriting, technical coverage reviews, client stewardship and relationship management. His detail, organization and affability are unmatched. He is a decorated war veteran and currently serves in the Marine Guard.
